Affiliate program terms

1. The program

These terms govern the affiliate program of SpicyFrame and of the studios of the same network sold on the same platform (the "program"). They form a contract between you (the "partner") and the operator of SpicyFrame, which you can reach at contact@motionest-video.com. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you act as an independent business or individual, not as an employee or agent.

2. Joining and approval

You apply with your email and the link where you publish. Applications that meet the rules are approved automatically; others are reviewed. We may refuse or close an application without giving reasons, in particular for sites that target minors, offer nudification or deepfakes, or do not fit the promotion rules below. You sign in to your dashboard with the same verified email.

3. Commission

You earn 20% of the net amount actually paid by the customers you refer (after refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes), on videos, piment top-ups and weekly plans, for 12 months from each customer’s first purchase. Custom rates, including per brand, may be agreed in writing for large partners; the rate that applies is the one shown in your dashboard when the payment is made.

No commission is due on your own purchases, on purchases by people or devices linked to you (self-referral), on bonus, loyalty or gift piments, on videos paid with piments (the top-up already counted), or on a customer who had already paid before clicking your link.

4. Tracking

Your link (?ref=yourcode, optionally &sub=campaign) works on every page. When a visitor accepts optional measurement, a first-party cookie (sf_ref) keeps your code for 30 days; the customer is attributed to the partner of the last click before their first purchase or sign-in, then stays attributed to you. A visitor who refuses optional measurement is not tracked and earns no commission. Clicks are counted without identifying the visitor.

5. Hold period, reversals and payouts

Each commission stays pending for 30 days, then becomes approved unless the payment was refunded or disputed. A commission on a payment refunded or charged back is cancelled; if it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next statement.

At the start of each month, your approved commissions of €50 or more become a statement; a smaller balance carries over. Statements are paid by bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal to the details you enter in your dashboard, normally within 15 days. You are responsible for declaring your income and for any tax, social contribution or invoice your status requires. Payments are made in euros; bank or PayPal fees on your side are yours.

6. Promotion rules

Describe the product honestly: an AI video studio for glamour, sensual and romantic clips of adults, never explicit, without nudity. Never claim that it has no content rules or no usage limits or that it costs nothing, never use explicit or pornographic framing, and never claim results, prices or features the product does not offer.

Prohibited: spam (unsolicited emails, messages, comments or posts where self-promotion is not allowed); bidding on or using SpicyFrame or its brand names, misspellings or domains in search or social ads; pages or ads that imitate the brand; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders or traffic you buy from fraudulent sources; incentives in exchange for a click or a purchase; any content aimed at or appealing to minors; content that depicts a real person without consent; and any promotion breaking the law or the rules of the platform you use.

Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly next to your link (for example "affiliate link" or #ad), as consumer protection law and platform rules require.

7. Brand and marketing assets

You may use the logos, banners, sample clips, thumbnails and texts of your dashboard, unchanged, only to promote the program. You may not edit the clips, present them as yours, or use the brand names in your own domain or account names. This permission ends with your participation.

8. Breach, suspension and termination

You can leave at any time by writing to contact@motionest-video.com. We may suspend or close your account and cancel commissions linked to a breach of these terms, fraud or self-referral. Approved commissions not linked to a breach are paid once they reach €50, or at the latest 12 months after closure. We may change these terms or the rates with 30 days’ notice in your dashboard; changes never affect commissions already earned.

9. Personal data

We process your email, name, the link and audience you give, your country, a keyed hash of your IP address (to detect self-referral) and your payout details (encrypted at rest) to run the program, pay you and meet accounting obligations. 10. Liability and law

You are responsible for your content and promotion. The program is provided as is; we do not guarantee any level of sales. These terms are governed by French law; the English version prevails over translations. Contact: contact@motionest-video.com.
