Create from 399 piments ↗18+ · One photo, one dance
Make an AI dance video from one photo: add a sharp full-body picture of yourself, of an adult who agreed, or of a fictional model from the studio library, describe a simple move and SpicyFrame renders a vertical 5, 10 or 30-second clip with ambient sound, made with Seedance 2.5. Gentle grooves, sways and slow turns hold up far better than full choreography — the page below shows which moves work.
Select one or more models for a duo or group video. Describe who appears in your prompt.
Imported photos follow stricter rules to protect real people: consenting adults only, no celebrities, no one without their consent. Gallery models and AI avatars are invented characters, so these rules do not apply to them. Minors are always forbidden.

Signed-in orders are available across devices. Guest orders need this browser’s session. Rendering time varies; no fixed countdown is promised.
Everything happens in the studio at the top of the page; nothing is charged until you confirm the price on the button.
Upload a sharp full-body or knee-up photo with space around the arms and feet, or pick a fictional adult model with “or select a model”. One person dances more cleanly than a group. The photo becomes @Image 1.
Name one simple move, its speed, one camera instruction and the setting — or load a prompt below: “@Image 1 sways side to side with relaxed shoulders, locked full-body frame, warm party lights, keep the outfit unchanged.”
Render five seconds in Medium 480p (€3.99). When the hands and feet hold, render ten seconds in High 720p (€8.99) or Ultra High 1080p, pay as a guest or with piments, and download the MP4.
Every prompt describes one move, its feeling and the setting. Load one with the button, keep five seconds for the first try and change one thing at a time.
@Image 1 sways side to side with relaxed shoulders and a small smile, locked full-body frame, warm party lights, crowd murmur, keep the outfit unchanged.
The safest first test: one small move in a wide, locked frame.
@Image 1 bounces the shoulders and snaps fingers at waist height, gentle push-in, colourful party lights, upbeat mood.
@Image 1 makes a slow half turn so the dress flares gently, then faces the camera, side tracking shot, golden-hour terrace, soft wind.
A turn makes the model invent the back of the outfit: keep it slow.
@Image 1 flips the hair over one shoulder and smiles, slow motion, backlit studio, glamorous mood.
@Image 1 lifts both arms slowly in a graceful ballet-style movement and lowers them, locked wide frame, soft studio light, quiet studio ambience.
@Image 1 dances barefoot on the sand with a gentle sway, sunset light, slow pull-back, waves and wind.
@Image 1 grooves on a rooftop at night with a small bounce, city lights behind, slow side tracking shot, distant traffic.
@Image 1 in a sequinned dress sways under a spotlight, sparkles catching the light, slow push-in, glamorous mood.
Locked camera, @Image 1 sways gently in place, constant light, continuous rhythm.
Made to be trimmed into a loop: the first and last poses are easy to match.
A still photo shows one pose from one angle; dancing forces the model to invent every other pose. The faster or bigger the move, the more it has to invent in fewer frames, which is where extra fingers, bending limbs and shifting outfits appear.
| Move | From one photo | How to keep it clean |
|---|---|---|
| Sway or shoulder bounce | Usually stable | Lock the camera and keep the full body in frame |
| Slow half turn or hair flip | Often stable | Use an outfit with a clear shape and ask for slow motion |
| Step-touch or a single step | Moderate | Leave space around the feet in the photo |
| Slow arm raise | Moderate | Start from a photo with relaxed, visible arms |
| Fast spin, jump or kick | Often breaks | Avoid for first tests, or slow it down |
| A viral routine or a partner dance | Not reproducible | Describe the feeling and speed, not the trend |
These ratings sum up what usually happens when one still photo has to dance; they are not a guarantee. A five-second test in Medium (€3.99) is the cheapest way to check a move on your own photo.
The source photo decides most of the result. Before paying for a render, check that it has:
No suitable photo? Pick a fictional adult model under the upload — check that the portrait shows enough of the figure — or write a prompt alone.
Many dance apps ask for a reference video and copy its moves onto your photo, a technique called motion transfer, and research systems such as Animate Anyone guide the body with a pose sequence. SpicyFrame does neither: it works from images and a text prompt only, so the model invents the dance from your description. It cannot reproduce an exact viral routine — describe the feeling and the speed of the move instead of naming the trend.
Each clip has ambient sound — the room, the wind, a distant crowd — but no music, and you cannot upload a song for the dance to follow. For a music post, add licensed music in your editor or the platform’s sound library and trim the clip so the motion roughly matches the beat. Because long single dances drift, the better route to a longer post is several five-second clips from the same photo, each with one move and the same camera and light, cut together on the beat.
Every clip is paid, from €3.99 to €70.99 depending on length and quality, and an exact likeness is never guaranteed. For a bouncier party style, see the AI twerk video page; for a seated routine, the AI chair dance video page; for two people dancing, the AI couple video page.
The price depends only on the length and the quality, not on the move. All nine options, shown again on the studio button before you pay:
| Length | Medium · 480p | High · 720p | Ultra High · 1080p |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 seconds | €3.99 | €4.99 | €11.99 |
| 10 seconds | €4.99 | €8.99 | €23.99 |
| 30 seconds | €11.99 | €24.99 | €70.99 |
From the terms of use: the same rules apply to every length and quality.
Your rights declaration is recorded with each order. Label realistic AI content where a platform requires it.
Yes, with simple moves. SpicyFrame animates a full-body photo into a short dance clip; sways, bounces and slow turns stay more stable than fast choreography.
No. SpicyFrame accepts images and a text prompt, not a reference video, so it cannot transfer a specific routine. Describe the move, its speed and its mood instead.
A sharp full-body shot of one adult with space around the arms and feet, arms visible and a simple background. A photo caught mid-movement is a good start.
Not in the studio, which adds ambient sound without music. Add licensed music afterwards in your editor or the platform’s sound library.
The model invents poses the photo never showed. Make the move slower and smaller, lock the camera and test five seconds first.
No, SpicyFrame is not free: each clip costs from €3.99 for five seconds in Medium 480p to €70.99 for 30 seconds in Ultra High 1080p, shown before you pay.
Yes. Describe the dancer, the move and the setting in at least 8 characters; without a photo the model invents a fictional adult dancer.
